Get To Know Our Bodyworkers.
Hi, I’m Maddie Lee, a licensed massage therapist and somatic practitioner offering integrative bodywork rooted in presence, precision, and nervous system care. My work blends modern and traditional massage modalities, somatic techniques, breathwork, and sound to support deep release, regulation, and a renewed sense of safety in the body.
Bodywork has always been part of my world. I was introduced to it early through my mother and grandmother, both practitioners, and grew up instinctively using touch as a way to connect, comfort, and restore. Today, my practice reflects that lineage while honoring modern, trauma-informed approaches to healing.
My sessions are grounded in the belief that the body is not something to fix, but something to listen to. Through intentional touch and mindful awareness, my goal is to help clients reconnect with their bodies, soften long-held tension, and build a more trusting relationship with themselves.
Before entering the wellness field, I spent many years working in hospitality. That experience deeply shaped how I show up in my practice - with warmth, attunement, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I understand how powerful it can be to feel genuinely seen and cared for, even in quiet moments.
I completed my massage training at the National Holistic Institute and earned my health coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I continue to expand my practice through ongoing study in massage, breathwork, flexibility training, cupping, and somatic education.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to create a space where you can slow down, feel at home in your body, and access your own capacity for healing.
